Prestige Recruiting Solutions has partnered with our client to recruit for a Sales Representative. Our client, a global company with a well-established operation and facility in Canada, is looking to hire a salesperson to join their growing team and introduce a new line of e-bikes to the Canadian market.

What You Will Do

  • Strive to achieve or exceed KPIs and sales targets while building enduring relationships with customers in the e-bike and outdoor furniture industry.
  • Understand company objectives and identify new business opportunities to drive e-bike and outdoor furniture sales in alignment with the approved strategic plan.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals by expanding sales volume and product mix and staying abreast of supply and demand dynamics, evolving trends, economic indicators, and competitive strategies.
  • Utilize provided marketing tools effectively to enhance the product footprint, support sales, and share growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate the company’s position with bike shop and outdoor furniture owners/managers through developing and implementing business plans and dedicated account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using our ERP System for efficient management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to devise growth strategies and prepare actionable plans for execution.
  • Generate regular progress reports on sales and account development activities.
  • Provide insights to support the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast models.
  • Demonstrate superior technical selling skills and articulate the benefits of our products using manuals, literature, videos, and other available resources.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and other sales-related activities.

What You Will Need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.


  • Experience in the bicycle industry is a must! If you do not have this, please do not apply.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in a hunter role, cold calling for new business opportunities. We may consider candidates with less experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment, within the bicycle industry.


  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to key accounts nationally as needed.
  • Must hold a current driver’s license.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in the office)
