Our client, a global company with a well-established operation and facility in Canada, is looking to hire a salesperson to join their growing team and introduce a new line of e-bikes to the Canadian market.
What You Will Do
- Strive to achieve or exceed KPIs and sales targets while building enduring relationships with customers in the e-bike and outdoor furniture industry.
- Understand company objectives and identify new business opportunities to drive e-bike and outdoor furniture sales in alignment with the approved strategic plan.
- Achieve revenue and profitability goals by expanding sales volume and product mix and staying abreast of supply and demand dynamics, evolving trends, economic indicators, and competitive strategies.
- Utilize provided marketing tools effectively to enhance the product footprint, support sales, and share growth initiatives.
- Cultivate the company’s position with bike shop and outdoor furniture owners/managers through developing and implementing business plans and dedicated account strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities using our ERP System for efficient management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to devise growth strategies and prepare actionable plans for execution.
- Generate regular progress reports on sales and account development activities.
- Provide insights to support the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast models.
- Demonstrate superior technical selling skills and articulate the benefits of our products using manuals, literature, videos, and other available resources.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and other sales-related activities.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in the bicycle industry is a must! If you do not have this, please do not apply.
- Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in a hunter role, cold calling for new business opportunities. We may consider candidates with less experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment, within the bicycle industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to key accounts nationally as needed.
- Must hold a current driver’s license.
- Willing to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in the office)

What You Will Do
- Screening potential clients,

What You Will Need:
Education:
- Law Degree (JD or LLB) from an accredited Canadian Law School,

Experience:
- 4+ years’ post-call experience. We welcome candidates with Insurance Defence and / or Plaintiff experience,
- Experience in Small Claims Court, the License Appeal Tribunal, and Superior Court,
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, factums, and written submissions,
- Experience in conducting Examinations for Discovery,
- Strong legal research skills and the ability to synthesize information into clear and persuasive legal argument,
- Understanding of current legislation and case law in the personal injury field.

Our client, a well established and growing real estate developer, is looking to add an experienced Customer Care Manager to oversee customer service while stationed in Mississauga, Ontario.
What you'll do:
- You will be the first point of contact for New Purchasers after their Sales experience and will represent the builder,
- When required, conduct Pre – PDIs to minimize the deficiencies on a PDI,
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections with new homeowners and arrange for service of deficiencies (with the Finishing Super who will take care of PDI deficiencies),
- Assemble homeowner key packages,
- Create, draft, manage and distribute incoming homeowner correspondence and emails,
- Maintain systems for closing dates, contact information and inspection dates,
- Conduct all warranty inspections with homeowners,
- Provide accurate and detailed knowledge of the project and occupancy process and closing process,
- Liaise with Construction, the Office and Project Manager on specific customer issues that require their involvement,
- Coordinate with the trades and handymen to schedule 30-day items, year-end and follow-up appointments with homeowners,
- Provide daily updates to Builder,
- Provide feedback to Builder on trends and monitor processes,
- Ensure homeowners expectations are not only met but exceeded with regards to all aspects of their new home,
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2-5 years successful experience in a front-line customer service role.
- General knowledge of/or experience working in low-rise construction is an asset
- Strong computer proficiency with experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Prior experience working with NewStar Enterprise is an asset
- Superior verbal and written communication skills

What you'll do...
Employee & Organizational Support

Education
- Relevant HR education and certification (CHRP or CHRL)
Experience
- 5+ years Human Resources Management experience as a Generalist,
- Possess a broad understanding of employment legislation in Ontario,
- People management experience preferred but not required.
